4 Alarm Fire In Oxford

Around 12:30AM The West Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched to Union Fire Company No. 1 ~ Oxford, PA to standby while the operated at a working apartment fire. Ladder 6 responded while Engine 6-1 responded to a fire alarm in our township. After clearing the fire alarm Engine 6-1 was also alerted to report to Oxford due to the assignment being upgraded to a 4th alarm. As crews arrived, they were asked to report to the scene. Both crews assisted with fire attack for several hours. Later, the crew from Engine 6-1 was sent to a fill site to assist filling tankers. Units and crews cleared at 8:45AM. The fire has displaced 80+ residents. The scene is still active at this time.
