At 8:01pm, the West Whiteland Fire Company was dispatched to assist East Whiteland Fire Company on the 300 block of Piper Ln. for a house fire . Ladder 6, Rescue 6, and Engine 6-1 & 2 made the response. The situation was quickly brought under control and crews were released a short time after arrival.
