Email Print RSS Facebook Twitter RSS

March 9, 2018

The members and families of the West Whiteland Fire Company deeply appreciate the relentless efforts of the Lionville Fire Company to promote national highway safety over the last 20 years.

Their investment has undoubtedly prevented numerous casualties such as the one they suffered on March 9, 1998 when Lionville firefighter Dave Good was killed in the in the Line of Duty on the PA Turnpike.

The resulting fundamental shift that has affected trainings, policies and equipment that came from their commitment to this issue have ensured that their loss will never be forgotten.
